Pawsitive Indulgence — Wholesale Agreement, Section 8: Recommended Retail Price

Customer agrees to resell Products only at or above Seller's stated Recommended Retail Price ("RRP"). Customer shall not discount Products below RRP without Seller's prior written consent. Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the RRP and a listing of the current RRP for each Product purchased by Customer shall be included on the Wholesale Order Form.
